What I do at Aspen Contracting
Director of Production – Aspen Contracting, Inc.
As the Director of Production, you will lead and oversee all aspects of Aspen Contracting’s nationwide production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Aspen’s high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage regional production teams, coordinate with internal departments, and drive operational excellence across roofing, siding, and gutter installations.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in construction or production management, preferably in roofing or exterior restoration
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage large, distributed teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support regional operations
